Relevé Sustainability, registered in the Netherlands (KvK: 98697390), is the data controller for information collected through this website. We operate under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect

Early access requests

When you submit a request for early access, we collect your name, email address, organization name, country, and organization type. We use this to follow up with you about your request.

Website usage

We do not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools that collect personal data. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

Cookies

This website does not set any non-essential cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that require consent under GDPR or the Dutch Telecommunications Act (Telecommunicatiewet).

When we add website analytics, we intend to use Plausible Analytics — a privacy-first tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. No cookie banner will be required when we do so. We will update this section at that time.

How we use your data

We use your information solely to:

Follow up on your early access request
Set up an onboarding call to understand your organization
Communicate with you about Relevé

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send newsletters or unsolicited communications.

Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of legitimate interest — specifically, to respond to a request you have made directly to us. You can withdraw your request at any time by emailing hello@relevee.nl .

How we store and protect your data

Your data is stored securely. Early access form submissions are received by email and stored only for the purpose of following up with you. We do not retain your data beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Your rights under GDPR

As a resident of the EU or EEA, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct any inaccurate information
Request deletion of your data
Object to how we process your data
Request restriction of processing
Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl .

Platform privacy

If you are a Relevé platform user, additional privacy documentation applies to how your organization's data is handled within the platform. This documentation is available within your platform settings under Compliance → Privacy & GDPR, and will be published here as a separate policy as the platform develops.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy as our platform and data practices evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically.
